ZAINIB NASEER

Los Angeles: Creative Director · Multi-Camera Director · Technical Producer · Abstract Art Photographer

ABOUT

Hi, I’m Zainib Naseer — a Creative Director, Multi-Camera Director, Technical Producer, and Abstract Art Photographer based in Los Angeles.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of creative vision, technology, and live production. My work spans broadcast, music, festivals, immersive experiences, and large-scale productions around the world.

I’m drawn to ambitious ideas — especially the ones that are complex, unconventional, or difficult to bring to life. I build the structure behind the vision, connecting creative, technical, and production teams to turn ideas into experiences that work in the real world.

My career has taken me from BBC and NBC News to immersive production at Sphere, working across everything from breaking news and presidential inaugurations to global broadcasts, live music, festivals, and experimental visual experiences.

As a Multi-Camera Director, I’ve led complex live productions where timing, storytelling, technology, and audience experience have to come together in real time. As a technical producer, I bring the same creative thinking to the systems, people, processes, and details that make ambitious productions possible.

Alongside production, I explore abstraction through photography. I’m interested in light, movement, color, texture, and form — and in those fleeting moments where something ordinary becomes something else.

Whether I’m directing a live experience, building a production, or making an image, I’m interested in the same thing:

Creating something that makes people feel.
